How it works

I will simply state the facts. Due to a family bereavement I only had 6 weeks left to run on my vouchers as opposed to the 12 weeks recommended. There were dates avaiable but my family would have to go on different dates. I asked for a 1 week extension. this was rejected with I wrote a review on trip advisor appealing to Everyman to have a heart. I simply told the truth. the reaction was Everyman staff telling me " they were disgusted by me and a woman of my age should be ashamed of myself". and unless I said I was sorry they wouldn't allow me to book. I wouldn't apologise and told Tesco that I would have a refund if Everyman wouldn't honour my booking. suddenly every single date for the six weeks became fully booked and I lost the 3 experiences I had paid for. You judge for yourself.

Terms & Conditions
• We encourage you to make a note of the expiry date of your tokens as out of date tokens cannot be redeemed or refunded.
• Contact Everyman Motor Racing Activities on 08712300456 to book your experience or purchase your gift voucher. A minimum of 6 weeks should be allowed from time of booking to the date of the experience.
• Customers must arrive at their chosen location one hour before their start time. If a customer is late and misses their arrival time they may be refused their drive.
• You must bring both parts of their driving licence to their event. If they only have a paper driving licence then they must also bring some form of photo ID (this does not apply to junior experiences).
• We do not accept cancellations or changes to events within 30 days of the event date. If the customer cannot make their event they can send another driver in their place. This would incur an administration fee of £25, when your redeem your voucher directly with Everyman you will be offered an optional Cancellation Cover and the optional Collision Damage Waiver.
• Tokens are not transferable and will be issued with the name shown on your Clubcard vouchers and may be printed with your postcode. All standard Tesco.com and Clubcard scheme terms and conditions apply, these can be found on the website. **Your token(s) should arrive within 5 working days. Orders should be made at least 28 days before you intend to book with a supplier or visit a partner.
• Unused, expired and redeemed tokens issued after 13th August 2012 cannot be refunded, exchanged or returned. This does not affect your statutory rights
