What you get

How it works
1. Simply select the amount of Clubcard vouchers you want to exchange using the basket on the right. Any change left over will go back into your Clubcard Account.
2. We’ll post your tokens and details on how to use them within 5 working days of your order being placed.

• Pay Monthly handsets subject to minimum 12 month contract. Subject to availability.
• Tokens, have no cash value, no change will be given, and will be issued with the name shown on your Clubcard vouchers and may be printed with your postcode therefore i.d may be required when spending your tokens.
• Tokens can be used towards the purchase of a Tesco Mobile handset only.
• Maximum two handsets per customer. Selected UK & IOM stores stocking Tesco Mobile handsets.
• Offer excludes purchases made by phone or online, Home Broadband, Top-Up and Sim packs. More than one token can be used in a single transaction, however the total cost of the products purchased, including any discounts, must equal or exceed the value of the tokens used.
• You must pay the remaining balance using a valid payment method.
• Phones purchased with a token can only be exchanged, with a receipt, for another Tesco Mobile handset, terms and conditions apply visit www.tesco.com/mobilenetwork.
• Any refunds for purchases made using tokens will be equivalent to the Clubcard voucher value originally exchanged.
• Your statutory rights are not affected. The Clubcard helpline is on 0800 591 688 (Free from BT landlines. Other providers may charge. Calls may be recorded).
• Tokens are valid for 6 months from issue.
•You must exchange your Clubcard vouchers for tokens, Clubcard vouchers will not be accepted by the supplier.
• All standard Tesco.com and Clubcard scheme terms and conditions apply, these can be found on the website.
• Unused, expired and redeemed tokens issued after 13th August 2012 cannot be refunded, exchanged or returned. This does not affect your statutory rights.
