1. Choose your rewards and add them to your basket.
2. At the checkout, enter the 12 digit online code(s) on your Clubcard voucher(s).
3. You will be sent your rewards tokens, in the post, within 5 working days or your Airmiles will be assigned to your Airmiles account.
   • Any change will be credited back to your Clubcard account.
   • Only Clubcard vouchers printed with your name can be accepted.
   • Partner rewards tokens are not transferable and will be issued with the name shown on your Clubcard vouchers and may include your postcode.

1. Simply print out the order form from the link below and complete sections 1-5. Alternatively, you can use the order form in the Clubcard rewards brochure.

2. Attach your Clubcard vouchers to your completed order form and then send them, remembering to affix a stamp to your envelope before posting, to:
