- Add the reward(s) to your basket and continue to checkout.
- Enter your Clubcard voucher codes and confirm your order.
- You will receive an email confirmation. We will post or email your token(s) to you.

- Download a form here (You will need Adobe reader)
- Print the form, complete it and post it to the address stated on the form along with your vouchers.
