eVouchers Terms You can now use your Clubcard point earnings with Tesco.com, but you need to switch to our on-line eVouchers. There are certain terms associated with the eVouchers, and they are listed below...   1. Clubcard These Terms and Conditions specifically apply to the use of eVouchers by Tesco Clubcard members. All other terms and conditions regarding the operation of the Tesco Clubcard scheme will remain valid. In the event of any conflict or discrepancy between these Terms and Conditions and the general Tesco Clubcard terms and conditions or the terms printed on the back of eVouchers, these Terms and Conditions will prevail. 2. Entitlement Only customers registered with Tesco.com are entitled to receive eVouchers instead of Vouchers. eVouchers can only be redeemed for qualifying purchases at Tesco.com Groceries. eVouchers can be exchanged for goods of a higher value on payment of the difference. 3. Using eVouchers eVouchers are used by entering their unique serial number in conjunction with your Tesco.com customer id and password at Tesco.com Groceries. Additional proof of identity may be required. 4. Limits of use eVouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or gift-vouchers, nor can they be used in conjunction with National Lottery purchases. From time to time other goods or services may be excluded - if so notification will be given at point of sale. 5. Activating your account Once you have registered to receive eVouchers, your eVouchers account will be automatically activated. 6. Your details You must provide accurate and up to date information on registration. It is your responsibility to inform Tesco.com promptly of any changes to your registration details. 7. Receiving eVouchers If you choose to receive eVouchers, these will be sent to you by post and will replace entirely the printed Vouchers redeemable at Tesco stores. 8. Security If we have reasons to believe that there is likely to be a breach of security or fraudulent use of eVouchers, we may reject any eVoucher. 9. Cancellation We are entitled to cancel and reissue any eVouchers for any reason. 10. eVoucher scheme We are entitled to suspend or change any aspects of the operation of eVouchers at any time.
