Tickets are for return journeys for leisure travel only, excluding peak times (details available on request). Subject to availability and the train operators' terms and conditions. Conditions may apply to refunds and changes to travel plans. Details will be sent with your TOKENS. TOKENS cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, scheme or offer. No change will be given if the value of the Tokens is greater than the cost of your journey, but any shortfall can be topped up by credit/debit card. You cannot use the same Token for a journey covering more than one network. Train ticket types are subject to change. Please enquire at the time of booking. You cannot pay with Clubcard Vouchers or TOKENS at stations or on trains. TOKENS cannot be used towards the purchase of Railcards. Minimum distance restrictions may apply. Cross network journeys are not possible using TOKENS.
