Because everybody likes a little help before Christmas we've introduced Clubcard Christmas Saver. Now you can save your Clubcard Vouchers for when you need them the most, at Christmas!

It couldn't be easier to save up for mince pies, sherry and toys.

Many of our customers like to save up their Clubcard Vouchers throughout the year.
That way they can use them all on the biggest shop, at Christmas time. But they wanted us to make it even easier for them. That's why we started the Clubcard Christmas Saver scheme.

What you can look forward to with Clubcard Christmas Saver.

We'll keep your Clubcard Vouchers Safe for you until November.
You'll still receive a Clubcard Statement with product coupons and details of your savings in February, May and August.
We'll send you all the Clubcard Vouchers you've saved over the year in one go with your November statement.

Take your Clubcard to the checkout and you can Top-up by using a credit card, debit card or any other method of payment.

£5 Bonus Voucher - a little extra for your Christmas stocking.

Christmas is a time for giving. So, as a Clubcard Christmas Saver, we'll give you a £5 Bonus Voucher as a thank you when you save £100 or more. The £100 can be made up from Clubcard Vouchers and/or Top-ups.
Just remember to scan your Clubcard or Key Fob every time you shop. And, along with any top-ups you make, you could save up enough for your Bonus Voucher in no time.

• Clubcard Vouchers for the Clubcard Points you have collected all year.
• Top-up Vouchers if you have topped-up your balance at the till.

To become a Christmas Saver just pick up a Christmas Saver leaflet in store. There's a coupon printed on the leaflet which, when scanned with your Clubcard by the checkout operator, will automatically register you for the scheme. Present the leaflet with coupon, along with your Clubcard, at any main bank checkout or customer service desk in-store. (cannot be used at self service, petrol filling stations or cafe tills)

What happens if I become a Clubcard Christmas Saver and still receive Clubcard Vouchers as usual?

Don't worry if you receive Clubcard Vouchers in your first Statement after joining - sometimes a Statement is already on its way before we have had time to register you as a Clubcard Christmas Saver. Simply take your Clubcard Vouchers to the checkout where they can be put into your savings.

What about existing Clubcard Vouchers which I have at home?

If you have any existing valid Clubcard Vouchers, these can also be taken to the checkout and used to top-up your savings. They will be treated in the same way as a cash Top-up.

Where can I redeem my Top-up and Bonus Vouchers?

When you top-up your Saver balance at the till it will appear in your November Statement as Top-up Vouchers. Top-up and Bonus Vouchers can be redeemed in-store, online, on petrol or at Tesco direct*. They cannot be redeemed on Clubcard Deals.

What happens if I decide I don't want to be a Christmas Saver anymore?

You can opt out of the scheme at any time of the year. Just call us on 0800 59 16 88. Your Clubcard Vouchers will then be sent to you in your next Clubcard Statement. However, any Top-up Vouchers you have from your cash savings will not be sent out until your November Statement.

What happens if I'm an Airmiles or BA Miles customer?

You have to opt out of the Airmiles or BA Miles scheme if you wish to become a Clubcard Christmas Saver.

Do I collect Clubcard Points on money I top-up at the checkout?

Clubcard Points are not collected on cash Top-ups.

When is the last day I can collect points for my Clubcard Christmas Saver 2008?

Points can be collected until 19th October 2008 and the last day for topping-up is 12th October 2008.

When is the last day I can collect Clubcard Points for Christmas 2009?

Points can be collected until the 19th October 2009 and the last day for topping up is 16th October 2009

Will I automatically stay in the scheme once I receive my Vouchers in November?

Yes, you will automatically be entered into the scheme for the next year, unless you call 0800 59 16 88 to opt-out.

How long are my Top-up Vouchers valid for?

Your Top-up Vouchers will expire after two years. But if you'd like to keep them for longer than this, then give us a call on 0800 59 16 88 and we'll issue a gift card to the value of your Vouchers.
