If you like a running challenge, why not consider participating in one of the Cancer Research UK Run 10k runs supported by Tesco. Running a 10k is a great way to get fit and by raising money for Cancer Research UK's ground breaking research you will be helping more people beat cancer.
Open to men and women, the runs will be taking place at 43 venues across the UK from September to October. You need to be 16 years or older to enter and entry is online only.
Cancer Research UK are hoping that 60,000 men and women will raise over £6 million for Cancer Research UK.
