If you like a running challenge, why not consider participating in one of the Cancer Research UK Run 10k runs supported by Tesco. Running a 10k is a great way to get fit and by raising money for Cancer Research UK's ground breaking research you will be helping more people beat cancer.
Open to men and women, the runs will be taking place at 41 stunning venues across the country from 31st August to October. You need to be 16 years or older to enter and entry is online only.
We're aiming for 50,000 men and women to raise over £5 million for Cancer Research UK.
