Cooking time: 15-20 minutes
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan/Gas 6.2. Lay the pastry on a lightly dusted surface. Spread a thin layer of Marmite over the pastry using the back of a spoon. Sprinkle the cheese over and press down gently into the Marmite.
3. Fold the pastry in half from one short end, then turn the pastry so the folded edge is facing you. Gently roll out the pastry away from you, using a rolling pin to stretch it, until you end up with a rectangle about the same size as the original sheet of pastry. Trim any uneven edges.
4. Cut the pastry into 2cm wide strips across the width of the pastry sheet. Twist the strips and place on a baking sheet, leaving space between each.
5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and crisp. Cool, then eat cold.
