Description

This is particularly good to serve at breakfast time.

Cooking time: 10 minutes (plus optional chilling time)

Method

Put the fruits into a blender with the apple juice and whizz until smooth. Pass through a sieve into a jug. Chill for around 30 minutes before serving, or pour into a glass and add some ice cubes to chill.
