Fusilli with chipolatas and sweet pepper

This is a good dish to make if you have a group of children over as it’s quick to prepare.

Method
1 Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan/Gas 6. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the packet instructions. Drain.
2 Meanwhile, heat the oil and sauté the onion, garlic and peppers for 5 minutes. While they are frying, cook the sausages in the oven or under a grill, according to the packet instructions. Allow the sausages to cool slightly and slice into chunks.
3 Mix the sausages, pasta, peppers, tomatoes and thyme together. Place in 4 small ovenproof dishes and top with the cheese. Bake for 20 minutes.
