Description

If your tot isn’t keen on salad cress, use iceberg lettuce instead.

Method

1 Spread two slices of bread with butter and cover with the salad cress.
2 Mix the prawns with the mayonnaise, ketchup and Worcestershire sauce, then spoon onto the salad cress.
3 Sprinkle over a little paprika and sandwich with the remaining bread. Trim the crusts and cut into quarters.

4 slices granary bread
Unsalted butter, softened
Handful salad cress, trimmed
125g cooked prawns
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
A few drops Worcestershire sauce
Pinch of paprika
