Method

  1. Put the apricots into a small saucepan, add the orange juice and cook for a few minutes until the apricots are plump. Leave to cool.
  2. Cut the mango flesh either side of the stone, peel and cut into chunks. Purée the mango until smooth, put a little to one side for your baby.
  3. Add the apricots and juice to the remaining mango purée, and whizz until smooth. From 7 months onwards your baby can have the dried fruit mixed into the mango, in which case put a little of this mixture to one side for your baby.
  4. Mix together the yogurt and custard and swirl through the mango and apricot mix.
  5. Chill before serving.

  • 100ml orange juice
  • 1 ripe mango
  • 200ml natural live yogurt
  • 100ml custard
