Mango and apricot fool
Make life easier by preparing weaning foods as you cook for the rest of the family. This tasty dessert is a great example!

- Put the apricots into a small saucepan, add the orange juice and cook for a few minutes until the apricots are plump. Leave to cool.
- Cut the mango flesh either side of the stone, peel and cut into chunks. Purée the mango until smooth, put a little to one side for your baby.
- Add the apricots and juice to the remaining mango purée, and whizz until smooth. From 7 months onwards your baby can have the dried fruit mixed into the mango, in which case put a little of this mixture to one side for your baby.
- Mix together the yogurt and custard and swirl through the mango and apricot mix.
- Chill before serving.
