Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 190ºC/375ºF/ Gas Mark 5. Line a 900g loaf tin.
  2. Cream the butter and sugar together. Beat in the eggs, sieve in the flour and cinnamon and mix. Gently stir in the banana and seeds. Pour into the tin.
  3. Bake for 50 mins, until risen and golden. Leave to cool.
