Description

You can add any vegetable of your choice to this pasta sauce. Peppers and aubergines would work well.

Method

  1. Heat the oil, add the onion, courgette and garlic and cook gently for 10 minutes until the onion is soft. Add the tomatoes and simmer gently for 15 minutes.
  2. Cook the pasta following the pack instructions, then drain.
  3. Using a blender, whizz the pasta sauce until smooth. Add a little water if the consistency is too thick.
  4. Mix the pasta and sauce together and put some into a bowl for your baby. Leave the pasta and sauce to cool, then cover and put in the fridge.
