Easy berry ice cream
An irresistible sweet dessert, great for your toddler and all the family.

Wash and remove the stalks from your fresh or frozen (and thawed) fruit and blend in a food processor together with the sugar and balsamic vinegar. Cover and chill overnight. Whip a pint whipping cream to soft peaks and mix in the puréed fruit. Pour into a freezerproof container, cover and freeze for 2-3 hours until partly frozen. Beat the mixture with a fork to break up the ice, and then freeze overnight.

- 450g strawberries or raspberries - fresh or frozen (and thawed)
- 150g sugar
- 1tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1pint whipping cream
