Banana & toffee ice cream
Use the ripest bananas you can find to get the best flavour. This has to be one of the easiest ways to make ice cream – and one of the tastiest. For a healthier option omit the Crunchie bars.

- Put all the ingredients – except the Crunchie bars – into a food processor and whizz until really smooth.
- Crush the Crunchie bars. Tip into a freezer-proof bowl, add Crunchies, stir, cover and freeze for at least 6 hours.
- Leave at room temperature for 5 mins before serving.
