- Put 175g dried figs in a pan with 300ml water. Simmer until the figs are tender then blend to a purée.
- Cut the pastry into two long rectangles and spread on the fig purée. Fold over the pastry and cut into approx 3cm slices. Cook on a medium heat for approx 25 mins or until golden.
