Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C/160°C fan/Gas 4. Put the oil in a heavy-based casserole dish on a medium heat, add the chicken and red pepper and cook for 5 minutes, without stirring. Turn the chicken pieces over – they should be a golden colour on one side. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  2. Add the crushed garlic and cook for 1 minute, then add the tomatoes, potatoes and sprig of rosemary. Stir everything together, cover and cook in the oven for around 40 minutes.
  3. Add the frozen green beans and cook for another 6-7 minutes. Put your baby’s portion to one side to cool, then cover and put in the fridge. Scatter over the herbs and serve.

Ingredients

  • 1tbsp olive oil
  • 4 chicken pieces (thighs, legs or breasts), skin removed
  • 1 red pepper, sliced into thin strips 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 400g can chopped tomatoes
  • 500g new potatoes
  • Sprig of rosemary
  • 2 handfuls frozen green beans
  • Handful fresh parsley or basil
