Chicken, potato & green bean casserole

Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C/160°C fan/Gas 4. Put the oil in a heavy-based casserole dish on a medium heat, add the chicken and red pepper and cook for 5 minutes, without stirring. Turn the chicken pieces over – they should be a golden colour on one side. Cook for another 5 minutes.
- Add the crushed garlic and cook for 1 minute, then add the tomatoes, potatoes and sprig of rosemary. Stir everything together, cover and cook in the oven for around 40 minutes.
- Add the frozen green beans and cook for another 6-7 minutes. Put your baby’s portion to one side to cool, then cover and put in the fridge. Scatter over the herbs and serve.

- 1tbsp olive oil
- 4 chicken pieces (thighs, legs or breasts), skin removed
- 1 red pepper, sliced into thin strips 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 400g can chopped tomatoes
- 500g new potatoes
- Sprig of rosemary
- 2 handfuls frozen green beans
- Handful fresh parsley or basil
