We've divided the weekly activities into two different plans so that you can choose the best activities for your fitness level. To find out more about your activities, check out the weekly plans.
You're new to fitness and would like to take the first steps to make exercise a regular part of family life.
You exercise regularly but would like to challenge yourself with an activity plan that everyone in your family can follow.
You're already quite active, but would like to follow a structured plan. Unlike the first two levels, level three is more about individual exercise but you should still aim to include at least one group activity each week.
